I'm top, so I'm not sure if I can be of much help... but here goes my advice:

The guys I've been with and that are bottom, they usually take care of their guts with the following: they buy enemas at the chemist's and with that they put warm water (not hot!!!) up their butts, holding it for a while, then rushing to the loo to expel all the dirtiness.
