Seeking Creative Ideas for "Hosting"

Some have you have shared how the DoubleList site is similar to the old CraigsList.

I've joined and have started reading and responding to ads. My question is about how many of the ads mentioned that they can't "host" and I can't either. So I was wondering what others have done in these situations. At this point it's winter here in beautiful British Columbia but I'd like to warm up with someone special but won't be able to pop for a motel/hotel.

This is a very common problem especially for the married men. Here in Houston there is a chain of motels that rents by the hour that is popular. The other options are finding a secluded outdoor location, car play or meeting at ab ABS.

The best and easiest solution I found is get an old chair, small rug with some pillows, portable space heater (propane) , small portable light, and setup up a nice cum room in a storage building somewhere...you can always neet there (take lock inside with you and lock from inside so no one can mess with you going by)...lock yourselves in an play until your hearts delight. No one will even know you're in there, and $50-$80 a month is a whole lot cheaper than even a cheap or hourly motel...always ready...hell, you might even store some of junk in there also!

I used to have a van and used it at a rest area, at a mall parking lot, a truck stop... It had tinted windows on all glass behind the front seats and I'd put a sun shade on the windshield. Really nice. Wish I still had that van.

I have pondered buying a place...perhaps use it as and AirBNB, and host when it's not in use...but that requires finances I know many don't have.
Just imagine, though....you have multiple tiny houses around the area, benefiting from the additional income from renting them out as airbnb's, and having multiple locations to host...

Funny you mention this idea. A friend asked me to help move some furniture to his Storage Unit. We passed a unit and he told me, he thought the girl who owned it might be turning tricks in it or at least up to something. She had set up unit with a double bed, carpet on the floor, nightstand, sofa and chairs set up like a bedroom. She setup a black wall that stopped anyone from looking in when the roll up door was open. From outside (when the roll up door was open), all you saw was a black wall…and of course you could lock yourself inside for total privacy. With the code, you could get into the facility 24/7...interesting ;0)

I’ve used hotels that are generally inexpensive. When I was up visiting family in Toronto I hooked up with someone I had met on Kik at a men’s spa downtown.
