My Online Bisexual Dating Story
@ http://www.bisexualdatingsites.biz/my-bisexual-dating-story/

It seems a romantic love story. I know little about bisexual online dating and BiCupid.
Do you guys think it is real?
Hard to verify.

Hmm...it very well could be, but I do see your reason for doubt or suspicion. It does have something about it that seems fictional.

Think it would only be relevant if the story persuaded you into using that sites dating services. Even then, there is likely a grain of truth in the fiction. People can and do meet, fall in love with other people using online dating services. I cannot tell you if this particular story is factual, or fictional, only that it is a story. It seems a story like this one may be used to promote this particular site's services. These kind of stories are often called testimonials. It is still ultimately your choice to use the site's services or not.

i tend to think this story is real, the only reason is the writer met her love through bicupid but only indirectly. u would think if they were looking to write a story to encourage u to use there website, they would have a story about being able to meet several people through there website. though the 1 person she met was pretty much interested only in sex so maybe by sharing this story, testimonial whatever, there really in business for the horny people. so where do i sign up? :bounce::bibounce::wiggle2:

The story does indeed seem plausible, as sysper said, she met the second gal as an indirect result of going out with the first person she met at the site.

If it was a fake story, why the hell talk about meeting someone indirectly, they would talk about how they met via the site, how perfect things went from the git-go both in terms of the date, their chemistry and of course THE SEX.

It seems pretty realistic and the way things go in life. I guess that pretty much anything can be bogus--but if you feel that--stay away from such sites altogether I guess.

* nabs showmeguy's extremly portable label printer and prints out thousands of labels, runs around slapping labels on things, people, the air, all the labels read "BOGUS"*

Hard to verify.

Well, not so hard to verify, if you look a little bit beyond things.

For example, if you conduct a 'WHOIS' search (https://www.whois.net/) for the website http://www.bisexualdatingsites.biz/ you find the following return......

So, in sum I would have to say that it's not that hard to verify that the story of the nice bi-lass and her newfound lesbian lover, and the website and the associated complex of similar websites all interrelated and cross-promoted, having similar design and identical software systems........ Not to mention the OP named "shawnyan" and the registered email addresses above............... It's not hard to verify that they're all linked.

Are they genuine?

I doubt all of it.

:2cents:

ADDED LATER: Peeps, you've gotta get your head around the 'ground reality' on the internet. Scams are multi-billion dollar industries now. There is sophistication involved. Social engineering and social media and social marketing have converged nicely in this case, and there are lessons to be learned from it.

In brief: This 'shawnyan' person or whoever, is clearly trying to promote several websites under the same ownership. To make them seem veritable and bona fide; they are all lined-up next to the already known "major player' Adult Friend Finder.

Also, pay close attention to the story: For the price of one subscription; a "sexy fling" and a subsequent "steady thing".... practically a "hat trick" and by no means a sore luck story! I mean, if you ask most men, would you rather experience a sex-soaked fling, and then an LTR with another sexy partner, or just skip the fling and go straight to "the rest of your life"....... Most men I know, would probably swing for the fling plus the LTR with two different partners, instead of the LTR alone. Makes sense, no? (Having your cake, and eating her too!)

Scamsters know these little tricks of human psychology. Keep in mind: Pick pockets sometimes post signs "Beware of pickpockets" so they can see which pocket people reach-for to check their wallets! Moments later, that wallet is in someone else's pocket!

The interwebs can be a perilous place. I would hate to find out the hard way, what would happen if anyone puts their credit card number into that obviously Chinese-owned and operated website!

Yet it is the Internet and Web. The expression nothing is what it appears holds validity. This in fact may also be valid and legit.

Note, I am not saying it is, merely allowing for doubt either way. This is often a problem in any form of communication. You do not know my experiences, know how I see or what I see. Conversely, I do not that from your side either.

So, it is always a good idea to seek balance and objectivity. These however, are often adverse to track unto. As a good rule of thumb when facing someone seemingly raving about a product, service, if it seems too good to be true it probably is not true. That kernel of knowledge ought to be ingrained as common sense.

I concur with you but the way in which I come to the conclusion was a bit different and still is hesitant saying either way. That's me just being cautious and a bit different and is not exactly me arguing or confronting. Rather I say, "you know, I don't know so I'm not sure to say."
