LDD gave some good advice. Everyone is different and the transgendered are no exception. Each of them have their own preferences.

Since you are talking about escorts, you will probably find that their primary interest is in pleasing you, not you pleasing them (The better you feel, the better the possibility for a larger tip.).

Most male-to-female pre-op transgendered individuals are primarily "bottoms" when the topic of their pleasure is voiced. You will probably find that they enjoy their breasts being stimulated, receiving oral (although some, like some women, will not allow it), being rimmed, and receiving anal intercourse.
