I want to someday cross dress. My problem is, i'm a little afraid of meeting men that are not really bi or gay. There are a couple of places in another city that have clubs specifically for that. I would love to meet men that like cross dressing male. I'm afraid to meet men that are against this sort of thing. Any and all help would be appreciated. 1st timers, your stories are wanted. I once helped staff an information booth at our local gay pride day in the city, next to our booth was a booth for a local magazine that was for men that liked to wear women's clothing. They were very particular about saying that they were NOT attracted to men, but just enjoyed wearing feminine clothing.

I'm not exactly sure what you are getting at but it just goes to show you that there is also a group of (apparently) heterosexual men out there who enjoy cross dressing. It also sounds as though you may be interested in other men who would find YOU attractive in feminine clothing - I am sure those men exist too but I do not know exactly how to go about meeting with them in a safe place.

I think it's healthy for men and women to experiment with gender roles and identity to some degree, it may even foster a better understanding of the differences and similarities but like you, I would want to do it in private or with trusted partners.

well if you are wearing women's underwear then welcome to the club. You might just already BE a crossdresser.

As for meeting other men that enjoy being with xdressers yes it can be a scary proposition. I have yet to have my first experience but not to say I am rushing into it as well. As for Dogwood's suggestion:

I would not recommend it unless you check out the bar FIRST in male mode. There are many gay bars that frown on crossdressers and you may be shunned out the door. Even though they want to play with the same body parts as you they don't want to have sex with a person that looks like a woman. Try an Internet search for xdressing friendly bars, bars that host drag shows, etc.

There is one group formed here that you can join for crossdressers. View the groups list. Its a start. Also if you looking to express your xdressing side with another bisexual male then better be clear in your Personal Ad.

There are some other forums you could join that may help you find what you are looking for. Try www.crossdresserchatcity.com (http://www.crossdresserchatcity.com) This is a CAM chat type forum but you are not obligated to use a camera. There are many xdressers, straight and bi, and some males looking to hook up there. Always trust your intuition when you begin making friends. When you get to the point of meeting up with someone meet at a public place first is always recommended.

Don't be afraid to ask questions of the other person but get to know them so you are comfortable.
